It's a program called <a href="http://www.versiontracker.com/php/dlpage.php?id=30303&db=mac&pid=97658&kind=&lnk=http%3A%2F%2Flavacat.com%2FiMouseFix%2FiMouseFix.dmg" rel="nofollow">iMousefix</a>. You'll have to put it in your login items for it to load everytime you start the computer. It'll remember the setting from last time ; tick the "hide" button in login items so that it doesn't physically show up. Hope it helps I just came across a solution to beef up the trackspeed setting.
