Let’s take a closer look at the Mighty Mouse, please note that the crappy quality of the pictures is due to the crappy camara I am using for this review. It will probably find it’s way to the garbage bin after this review but that going to be another story. The design of the Mighty Mouse has been kept as simple as the package it’s sold in. Checkout it out in the next shot.
Here is a quote from apple; “Like its namesake, Mighty Mouse puts powerful precision in a pint-sized package. With all its clicking capability tucked neatly under the seamless top shell, Mighty Mouse boasts drop-dead good looks and wireless portability, too. And then there’s that ingenious Scroll Ball, the tiniest such mechanism ever used in an input device. No wonder it’s a wonder.” It does sum it all up, the new features do make the Mighty Mouse unique but it does take some getting used to seeing there aint no visual buttons and scroll wheel. The next shot show the miniature scroll ball, which allows you to not only scroll up and down but scroll from left to right as well. This gives you the ability to scroll more effectively. The scroll ball also act as a button which can be programmed/assigned to different functions and applications.
Lets take a different look at the Mighty Mouse, the next shot shows the bottom.

I just came across a solution to beef up the trackspeed setting. It’s a program called iMousefix.
You’ll have to put it in your login items for it to load everytime you start the computer. It’ll remember the setting from last time ; tick the “hide” button in login items so that it doesn’t physically show up.
Hope it helps
