Today I am looking at the Apple Wireless Mighty Mouse, is it all it claims to be? Apple has been in the news for a while now for due to the release of their new series Mac Pro’s and the Macbook- and Macbook Pro’s with their upgraded specs you almost forget their latest input devices.

I recently switched from pc to mac, a macbook 13 that is. I have connected a Samsung 24″ inch monitor (as main monitor when working at home). I also got the Wired Keyboard from Apple which transformed the macbook in a true desktop system. The only thing missing was a mouse, I rushed to the apple store in amsterdam and got a Apple Wireless Mighty Mouse to make the desktop setup complete. Sadly it’s performance disapointed me.

Here is the boxshot of the Apple Mighty Mouse which looks simple yet atractive ;-) The whole package measures 14cm by 14cm by 6cm. And why does it have to be any bigger, it’s whats in the box that counts.

I just came across a solution to beef up the trackspeed setting. It’s a program called iMousefix.

You’ll have to put it in your login items for it to load everytime you start the computer. It’ll remember the setting from last time ; tick the “hide” button in login items so that it doesn’t physically show up.

    Hope it helps
