So i have been away to long i see, well I sort of got my wow addiction under control and I am back in the seat again to start working on my blog again. Sadly I havent realy been into reading all the submitted mail and news but i hope to do so within the next few days.

But just wanted to share this with you, Apple Launches iPad? It looks cool but is it a breakthrough in apple technology or just a fase apple is going through? Well here a shot of the iPad which looks like a extra large iPhone :-)

Well havent read up on all technical stuff yet but one thing I did found out that Apple wasnt the first to register the name “iPad”. Technology-Freaks all over the world were amazed and some dazzled when the iPad (is over sized iPhone with decent laptop capabilities) was launched. Now it seems that other companies had registered the name iPad long before Apple did. (more…)

New WoW Profession – Archaeology

Archaeology is the new secondary profession that will be joining the ranks of cooking, fishing, and first aid in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. Archaeology allows the player to unlock new abilities and rewards by discovering ancient treasures throughout the world. Each archaeologist uses the profession to uncover clues hidden in the world around them, such as troll relics or map fragments, and decipher their meaning, enabling the clever archaeologist to manipulate pieces of the past, learning the location of a treasure cache or valuable artifact. Such artifacts are highly sought after by the Archaeology Society, and they pay in gold and items for their return. Those who have mastered archaeology can find Titan artifacts, earning special currency used to unlock character paths and allowing the player to further customize their character. (more…)

WoW Ingame Raiding Reference Tip!

Ever had that issue that once you started raiding you get wipped, knowone knows why so what you would like to be able to do is check videos on the raid in question lets say on TankSpot.com but you dont want to switch back and forth ingame and outgame. Here’s how i do it. Just using my Iphone and the Youtube App for Iphone, woks like a charm and quality is leip :-)

Apple releases Mac OS X 10.5.7

Apple on Tuesday released the latest update for its Leopard operating system, Mac OS X 10.5.7, bringing with it more than 20 bug fixes as well as a number of security updates. Among the improvements in the update are additional RAW image support for third-party cameras, improved performance of video playback for recent Macs with Nvidia graphics chips, and resolution for an issue with the Dvorak keyboard layout in 10.5.6. Intel Corporation is investing $12 million to create a new research center that will explore advanced graphics and visual computing technologies. Opening today, the Intel® Visual Computing Institute is located at Saarland University in Saarbrücken, Germany. The investment, to be made over 5 years, represents Intel’s largest European university collaboration.

Visual computing is the analysis, enhancement and display of visual information to create life-like, real-time experiences and more natural ways for people to interact with computers and other devices. Applications include games, medical imaging and interactive 3-D data models used in areas such as scientific research and financial services. Watching sports while drinking can lead to some testosterone-fueled disputes. When one’s favorite player or team gets called into question, it often doesn’t take much more for the situation to escalate to throwing blows across the bar. This situation begs the question, if you had to choose one athlete to join your corner in the scuffle, who would it be? We have a few suggestions of the biggest badasses in sports, past and present.

Look at Mike Vallely in this video, remember don’t mess with water drinking skateboarder ;-)

Vallely has been skateboarding professionally since the mid 80s, but may have taken his fighting style from his recreational hockey play. Since busting onto the scene he has been known to finish a fight or two. Most famously, Vallely took on 4 frat guys at one time with his fists; luckily it was caught on video.
